I use a dremmel tool to make the holes in each end and the rubber bulb end of a basting syringe to blow out the raw egg. I can clean out a dozen eggs in 15 minutes!

I"m sorry but if you have a problem with the gelatin the answer is simple DO'NT make/use it, also if people choose to use gelatin products that is there choice, this is not a platform to spout your personal beliefs from. I LOVE THIS!!!!!
