Tree Ornament - Santa Stocking Candy Holder

This Christmas craft project shows you how to make a decorative Christmas tree mini stocking ornament.

Cut 2 stockings out of felt around 4x 5 inch high (10x 12 cm high ) Sew together using a blanket stitch finish. You could also sew these on a sewing machine or use a thin bead of craft glue.

Cut 2 rectangles for the top of the boot 2.7 x 1.2 inch (7x3 cms ) and sew or glue into place as shown in the picture. You could substitute the red felt for white for a traditional white fur finish.

Sew or glue the ribbon inside the top of the boot.

Fill with wrapped candy, chocolate bars or small gifts and hang from the tree.
