This cute little ornament is made using a wooden craft bead. Start by painting your bead brown and allowing it to dry. Then add some white Snow Paint, you can learn how to make your own snow paint with this Snow paint Recipe
Glue the ribbon into the inside of the bead hole and add your holly.
These are great for table decorations too.
