  • Size 7 needle (I used circular because its more comfy)
    Lion Brand Micro Spun Yarn

Cast on however many stitches it takes to make the scarf the length it will be in the end.

Knit one row

K1 F&B (Front & Back) all the way down.

Then knit knit knit knit (garter stitch)

When you have it as wide as you like, K2tog all the way across.
knit across once.
Bind off.

It should curl naturally, I didn't stitch the edges together, but you can if you'd like.

Then add fringe. I used a crochet needle, and one thread of each color to create the fringe on the end of my scarf. Good times.

I don't know, it seems pretty cool, but I agree, where are you going to find knitting needles long enough to make the scarf as long as you want it? I'll probably try it, following the pattern, but making it so I only cast on about 20-30 stitches, and keep knitting until I have the length of scarf I want. I looks good, though!

Cast on however many stitches--this means your working lengthwise instead of widthwise?
