Shampoo Build up Remover
1/2 cup of Bicarbonate of soda
1 cup of Water
Mix these two ingredients together to form a paste that will strip your hair of all its shampoo and product build, up leaving you with fresh healthy hair.
Add it to the hair and rinse well with warm water. Use soda water for a more effective hair rinse.

if your hair stinks after this,just clean it out with shampoo,(duh)
Either would be fine, but wet hair might be easy to spread.
This may sound silly, but, do you put it on when your hair is wet or dry?
It is possible that it will pull out some of the color. I personally would wait.
