  • A Mud/Terracotta pot
    Strong adhesive
    Sand
Acrylic or any type of paint

Take a mud pot possibly with a wide mouth opening.

Apply the adhesive on the pot. Immediately cover it with sand. Don't forget the little patches from which the sand might drop in case the glue might have dried.

Keep the sand covered pot to dry for about 30 mins or an hour. Use colors of your choice (a mix of gold and silver in layers gives a rich look).
Let the paint dry for 1 hr and 30mins.
And you will have a cool designed mud pot. You can place a plant in it or just let it show its colors.
