This project makes wonderful candles for your patio or BBQ area. If you haven't already got some of these decorative pavers try your local hardware store. Place a cardboard base onto the bottom of the mold to stop the wax pouring out. Secure the edges with some plasticine to stop any leaks. Pop in your wicks and pour the wax into each section allow to cool and remove the cardboard and plasticine. If you can't find these decorative bricks you can make a simple version by using a brick with holes in the centre its not as decorative but still looks great in the yard.

If you feel like you need to coat it than do so, if not, than don't. Personally I think it's fine as is.

All candles are fire hazards So I think it's ok.. It is afterall an outside candle
