Place your shallow bowls onto a covered surface and fill each bowl with 1/4 cup of water. Add your food coloring to each bowl. The more colors you have the more fun it will be.
Have the kids take one square of paper towel and fold it up into quarters.
The have them dip the corners into a different color.
they can also fold it again and double dip another angle.
Open up the paper towel for a lovely painted effect.
hang it up to dry.
These can then be used for wrapping little gifts, making card's or adding to weaving boards and much much more.
