  • 1/4 cup of Ground oat flakes
    1/4 cup of Dried Lavender
    Square of muslin or
    muslin drawstring bag

This bath bag is so quick to make but are such wonderful gifts for loved ones.

To use simply tie the bath bag under the tap and allow the water to run through then using the bag scrub down your body releasing the lavender.

Fill the drawstring bag with the mixed ingredients or heap them up into the center of the muslin square and draw it up and secure with rubber bands. Allow enough space for swelling of the oatmeal.

Finish it off with a nice satin ribbon and perhaps a decorative sprig of lavender for presentation and a hand made label if you are giving them as gifts.

I made these for some members of my family for Christmas and they loved them! Thanks for the tutorial :)

I like to add dried chamomile to the oatmeal. My skin feels great.
