Oat Milk Paste Cleanser
1 cup of Oatmeal
2 cups of Full cream milk for dry skin or Buttermilk or low fat milk for oily skin
This oat milk cleanser will exfoliate and nourish your skin.
Allow the oats to soak in the milk for 24 hours in a fridge.
Once soaked mix well and apply paste to your face and use it as a gentle scrub. Rinse well.
I tried it and would recommend using 2 cups of oatmeal because it seems to be very runny and not at all paste-like. When I added 2 cups of oatmeal it was more like a paste. It also worked better this way.
also great as a shaving cream but keep in the fridge when not in use
