  • Strips of cotton fabric
    30 ml Aloe Vera gel
    10 ml Sweet almond oil
    100 ml Glycerin.

The wraps soothe and nourish sunburn. This is a very soothing solution and ideal for those hard to reach places like your back.

Take the strips of fabric approx 30cm's x 10cms and wet the fabric with water and then wring it out.

Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic container like a lunch box.

Place the lengths of fabric into the box along with the mix and place it into the refrigerator.

After an hour or so they are chilled enough to start using.

Place the wrap onto badly burnt sunburn to soothe the burning.
