    1 Small gold Ring
    1 5 inch(12.5cm) Ring
    12 Large beads


Cut 24 cords each 5 yards(4.50mt)long



Instructions:

At their mid-point, secure cords through ring and Butterfly ends.

Separate cords into 8 groups of 6 and tie 4 Lanyard Knots. ' Undo cords, drop down 2.5cm and Double Half Hitch to 12.5cm ring. Drop down 12mm , separate into groups of 4 cords and tie 1 Square Knot with each group.

Drop down 12mm alternate cords and tie a second row of Square Knots with each group.

Step A: Drop down 12mm , alternate cords and tie 1 Alternate Square Knot with one group only then add a bead to next group, on Filler Cords only then tie 1 Alternate Square Knot with third group. These 12 cords form 1 strap. Repeat Step A three times. A total of 4 straps.

Number each group of cords left to 'right from 1 to 12.

Alternate cords under bead and tie 1 .Square Knot with cords 3 to 6 and cords 7 to 10.

Step 1: Tie 1 Square Knot with cords 5 to 8.

N.B.: This Square Knot should be 12mm below previous row. Square Knots tied in Steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 have only 1 Filler Cord. Keep Square Knots tied in Steps 1 to 5 close together, but when repeated, forming Diagonal Rows, rows should be 12mm apart throughout.

Step 2: Tie 1 Square Knot with cords 4, 5 and 6 and cords 7, 8 and 9.

Step 3: Tie 1 Square Knot with cords 3, 4 and 5 and cords 8, 9 and 10.

Step 4: Tie 1 Square Knot with cords 2, 3 and 4 and cords 9, 10 and 11.

Step 5: Tie 1 Square Knot with cords 1, 2 and 3 and cords 10, 11 and 12.

N.B.: Square Knots tied in each row of Step

5 should leave a loop of 2.5cm at side

of strap if tension is correct.

Repeat Steps 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 five times.

Step 6: Place a bead on cords 5 to 8.

Repeat Steps 4, 3, 2 then 1 once. Repeat

Steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 once.

Repeat Step 6 once.

Repeat Step 4, 3, 2 then 1 once.

Repeat Steps 5, 4, 3, 2 then 1 five times.

Keep rows 12mm apart.

Gather cords 3 to 10 together and bind with

half a metre of cord for 4cm. Trim cords

to 20cm then fray out and brush till fluffy.

Drop down 10cm and tie 1 Square Knot

with cords 11 and 12 from one strap and

cords 1 and 2 from adjacent strap, repeat

all round.

Drop down 7.5cm , alternate cords and tie 1 Alternate Square Knot all round.

Drop down 2.5cm , alternate cords and tie 1 Alternate Square Knot all round. Alternate cords and tie a 6 Square Knot Loop or Button and secure with 1 Square Knot.

Alternate Cords and tie a 6 Square Knot Loop

and secure with 1 Square Knot.

Trim all cords to 23cm fray out and

brush till fluffy.

Finished Length: 1 metre.

Holds: 30cm Cane Basket, or

35cm Glass or Timber Circle as a shelf.

I love this. I am looking forward to making this. I have several hanging plants and could use this to hang smaller ones in a corner somewhere. Thank u for sharing.

What is a rosalie and why would you want to hang it? Don't mean to be rude... great website. Just trying to figure out what this is.
