How to make Indian Rose Mask - DIY Craft Project from Craftbits.com
Project rating Project rating Project rating Project rating
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
    1 tsp Rosewater
    1/2 tsp Honey

Indian women traditionally use this mask for its antibacterial properties. It smells divine also.

Mix all the ingredients together and apply to a damp face. Rinse well.

This recipe will last in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

This recipe looks great in a jar that has a silk rose attached to it or rose petals placed inside.

You can get rose water in the pharmacy as well as Asian stores or health food stores.

This mask is beautiful. I have extremely sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my face at all. It also cleaned up some persistent blemishes on my chin and it smells amazing.

where do I find rosewater? Is it something a wal-mart would have or do I go to a health food chain or what?
