  • 1 8 oz (250ml) tub of Yogurt
    1 tsp of Cardamom spice
    1/2 tsp of Nutmeg spice

Pour all the ingredients into a warm bath.

Mix well and take a 20-30 min soak for a relaxing nourishing bath.

Will last 2-3 days in the fridge or the shelf life of the yogurt.
