Honey & Ginger Foot bath
2 tsp of Ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger
1/4- 1/2 cup of Honey
Add the ginger and honey to a bowl of hot water for a foot soak that will promote circulation, clear up any head colds and fix your winter chills.
Place the ginger and honey into a bowl of warm water and soak your feet in it for 20-30mins.
