Herbal vinegars can be used as skin tonics, wound solutions, hair rinses and more.
To make a herbal vinegar fill a jar with chopped fresh herbs or half fill the jar with dry herbs. Pour enough apple cider vinegar to fill the jar, secure the lid.
Leave the jar in a warm stable environment for 2 weeks and shake the bottle twice a day to mix it.
Strain the vinegar and bottle it. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
