Green Tea Bath Bags

How to make Green Tea Bath Bags - DIY Craft Project from Craftbits.com
Project rating Project rating Project rating Project rating
  • 1 cup Green tea leaves
    1/4 cup Lavender buds
    1/8 cup Chamomile flowers
    4 tbs Dried lemon peel
    8 drops Bergamot essential oil
    5 drops Chamomile essential oil
    3 drops Green tea fragrance
    Tea bags

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Use empty tea bags and fill the bags with 2 tablespoons of the mixture and tie off. Or use a circle of muslin, drawn up and finished off with a ribbon.

You can make your own tea bag sachets by slicing open a regular tea bag and pouring out the tea leaves and replacing it with your own mix, then simply use a non toxic craft glue to close the bag back up again.

Place 2 tea bags into a bath of Warm water to enjoy this uplifting detoxing soak.

Green tea leaves are available in the supermarket, if they dont have loose tea then open up some tea bags. Chamomile flowers are obtainable from health food store, alternatively use Chamomile tea leaves. Lavender buds can also be bought from craft stores.

You can get the supplies from health food stores and your local supermarket for the tea's. Do not use potpourri it is not even close to being a substitute.
