Gift Bag Tamer

This recycled project shows you how to take a simple metal basket and turn it into a organzier for your gift bags.

Start by cleaning your basket if it is old or rusty, You may want to give it a coat of paint with spray paint.

String brightly colored ribbon across the openings, basically lacing the open side of the basket/tray with the ribbon, to hold in the bags.

I then hung my spool of ribbon from the bottom.  Using two 10# picture hangers, I hung the Gift Bag Organzier in my craft/inspiration room.

It’s easy to grab a bag from either the top opening or between the ribbon.
