  • 2 tbs of Crushed mint leaves.
    1 tbs of Moisturiser (any brand)
    1 tbs of Honey

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and chill. Once cold use a fork to beat up the mixture till it is light and fluffy.

Cover your feet in the mix and let sit for 20 Min's.

You can place your feet into a plastic bag or cling wrap so that you dont make a mess and as a bonus the plastic will help moisturise your skin deeper.

Wipe excess off with a dry cloth.

i lovee this! :) but can you put it in a jar and preserve it for later use? or do you have to use it right away?
