How to make Fireworks Cards - DIY Craft Project from Craftbits.com

  • White cardboard
    patterned paper
    3 wooden stars
    Strips of colored card
    Craft glue

To make this card take your white cardboard and fold it into your chosen card size.

We used a patterned paper for our background, scrapbooking papers are ideal for adding to cards and come in many colors and varieties.

We cut thin strips of coloured card and then placed them in a circle spread over the card.

We added some foam to the backs of our wooden stars to give them dimension, you can glue them directly to the card if you do not have any foam.

You could also paint the stars in complementing colors to the card strips.

This card is a great celebrations gift card you could use bright colors or metallics.
