Apply generously to clean, dry feet (or your entire body if you’re feeling fancy and have the time). Pay extra attention to rough patches like heels, elbows, or anywhere that feels a bit forgotten.

Once you’re slathered up, leave the mixture on for at least 20 minutes to let the ingredients work their magic. For an extra boost—especially for dry, cracked heels—wrap your feet in cling film or slip them into plastic bags and pop on a pair of warm socks.
