  • 5 x 7 greeting card
5 x 7 orange paper; also out of the same paper cut out 3 squares of 1 x 1
    3 orange/peach color fabric flowers
    3D foam dots
    Elmer’s Glue
    “Happy Birthday” word embellishment
4.5 x 6.5 brown with orange polka dots paper

This card making project shows you how to layout flower embellishments to create a fun handmade card project.

Begin by layering and gluing your papers on top of one another; starting with the orange and ending with the brown with orange polka dots paper.

You should know have, your polka dotted paper glued on top of your orange paper. Now, take your orange/peach color fabric flowers and place them in the center of each 1 x 1 orange square. Next, take each one of these squares and place them (using your 3D foam dots) on the top left hand side going horizontally (just as pictured).

Last, place your “Happy Birthday” word embellishment on the bottom right hand side of the polka dotted paper.
