Card Making - Cupcake Card

Fold a 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 piece of Chocolate Chip paper in half.

Glue or tape ribbon to the card.

Take Regal Rose piece of paper and punch with the border punch.

Tape to card. Stamp image on white paper and color in using markers.

Tape to the card.
