Cable Locked Headband

 cast on 65 stiches

 Use stocking stich for 4 rows ending with knit purl the 5th row

Knit 14 stiches slide three off the row knit the next three slip the stiches off the third needle on the second and knit them creating a cable repeat for second cable 

stocking stich four rows

repeat third step

continue for five cables 

stocking stich 4 rows

bind off all stiches

sew seam in matteress stich(if trouble go to knittinghelp.com/tips)
