Milk powder is exactly what the name says; It's powdered milk. You can find it at any grocery store. The only reason I know this is because my mom used to send me treats and YES groceries through the mail. Tuna packs, cereal, chocolate, dried soup and of course dried milk!! LOL.......It was really gross by itself, but with some cereal---not too bad. ;)

I bet it will be great in the bath bombs. ;)

smells awsome

what is milk powder???
