1. Measure the length and circumference of the cardboard.
2. Cut the fabric according to the size of the board.
3. Cover the cardboard with the fabric using the hot glue or the craft glue (takes a longer time to dry).
4. (optional) for more chic look cover the cardboard with organza ribbon.
5. Glue the cardboard to the bowl.
6. (optional) Fill the board with rocks for the weight and cover the top with the left over fabric by inserting it to the hole....

Great idea, my have to craft jack it and make one for my daughter who's a true bangle lover.
It's a good ides, but every time you have to get one from the bottom, you have to take all the ones on top off first.
