Composition book, notebook, or clipboard
Scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, or tissue paper
Decoupage glue
Die-cuts or letters (optional)
This is a fun project for anyone who is into scrapbooking, but if you don't have scrapbooking supplies use coloured papers and stickers from your local scrap store.
Tear strips of paper and arrange them onto the front of a clipboard or notebook until you achieve the look desired. Add die-cuts or letters, if desired.
You can choose to just place strips here and there, or cover the entire surface. Once you have your layout, coat surface of clipboard or notebook with decoupage glue or white craft glue.
Set paper in place and let it dry. Apply layer of glue on top of paper to seal the project or add a layer of varnish either spray or paint on and allow to dry.
