4th of July Rustic American Flag

Measure and mark a line 1/3 the way down two of the wood slats.

Paint the 1/3 part of two slats blue.  Paint the top of the remaining wood slats. Let dry. Paint white stars using a star stencil and stencil brush. Use a cloth and lightly wipe stain over the flag and wipe off to add aged look. Drill three holes in each wood slat and wire together.
